Not Goodbye But See You Later

Today is the day that we have looked forward to yet dreaded. Today 2 of our best friends will travel across the country to fulfill their calling in life, Missionaries. It's a joy and a blessing to see them go through the process of following God's will. It has been a 2 year journey whose chapter ends here and will continue in Georgia.

We said our farewells this past weekend at an open house and a church gathering. Each time trying to fight back tears; unsuccessfully at times. These 2 people have been such an important part of our lives. I can't begin to describe the blessing they have been to me and my husband. They have been part of our family for so long, that having to see them go has been difficult. Yet it has also been a time of joy, for they have been called to serve God in a most wonderful way.

Gino, Laura, Sean, Kayleigh and Hugh,

We are so blessed that God allowed us to cross paths. Our lives have been changed because of you. Having friends who have become our family is a gift that we will cherish and keep near to our hearts. Thank you for always being a support system, partners, brother, sister and friends. Thank you for your words of love, wisdom, comfort and laughter. You have touched so many lives and have left a mark of God's love in each one.
Gino, the Lord has prepared you for this journey in ways you haven't yet discovered. I pray for continued strength and endurance as you travel and minister. May your words be blessed by the Holy Spirit. You have been an amazing brother to me and Scott. You have no idea the impact you have had. Just know that whenever I see a clever shirt using the word poop it will remind me of you. We love you, Gino.
Laura,  the Lord has blessed you with such a beautiful heart. You have been a great source of wisdom and comfort for me. You have been my sister. I have been so blessed to see how obedient you are to the Lord's calling. Finding out that uncomfortable is comfortable. We pray that the Lord will continue to give you strength, endurance and wisdom as you minister at home. You have set a wonderful foundation for your children. Thank you for being you.  We love you, Laura.
Sean we love your smile, your honesty and your sweet spirit. Kayleigh, we love your fearlessness, kindness and adventurous spirit. Hugh, we love your laughter, your smile and playful spirit. You have been blessed with amazing parents. Remember to honor them and thank them for all they do. We will miss you greatly!

"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." (Numbers 6:24-26)

WE LOVE YOU, QUINN FAMILY!
